Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Lead Network Administrator in a hybrid role based in the United States. You will lead day-to-day Palo Alto operations (Panorama) and Prisma Access SD-WAN, with Azure networking experience and BGP/OSPF familiarity.

You will monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex routing, switching, and NAC issues across global networks. The role requires hands-on firewall and SD-WAN administration, incident management, and collaboration with vendors to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Engineering / Information Technology).
• CISSP - Workforce Academy Online certification and CompTIA Network+ required.
• Strong experience with Palo Alto Panorama and Prisma Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day on Palo Alto (with Panorama) and Prisma Access SD-WAN configurations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network incidents, outages, and performance issues.
• Coordinate with OEM vendors via TACACS+ and manage TAC cases.
• Perform network changes, maintenance, and documentation.
