Zego is seeking a Technical Claims Manager to elevate our motor claims excellence. You will lead the performance of our QA framework, auditing both internal claims teams and external providers to ensure top‑tier accuracy and customer experience.

You’ll play a central role in developing innovative claims strategies and driving quality across the organization. Ideal candidates will have hands‑on motor claims experience, an ability to lead and mentor teams, and a proactive, AI‑driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven hands‑on motor claims experience within an insurance context.
• Experience auditing claims and driving quality improvements.
• Leadership capabilities with a proactive, adaptable mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deal with complex indemnity referrals and deliver swift resolutions.
• Develop and refine best‑practice claims documentation and strategies.
• Train and mentor the claims team to uphold technical excellence.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on claims initiatives to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Fraud, Data, Product, Engineering, and Actuarial teams.
