Job summary

G-P is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead the MarTech team as Tech Lead, steering architectural evolution of our global web platform and driving intelligent agentic AI initiatives. You will shape multi‑region deployments, performance, and security while partnering with Marketing and Engineering leadership.

You will mentor engineers, elevate coding standards, and own end-to-end delivery of high-scale web features, with emphasis on AI-powered automation and modern web infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in progressive software engineering with at least 2 years in tech lead roles.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying autonomous AI agents and LLM-powered workflows in production.
• Expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript, React/Next.js, and backend Node.js or Python.
• Strong knowledge of SSR/SSG/ISR, CDN/edge platforms, REST/GraphQL, and cloud environments (AWS, Docker, Terraform).
• Ability to collaborate with engineering management, product, and non-technical marketing stakeholders to translate goals into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Architect Global Web Platforms: define architecture, scalability, and performance for the global flagship with internationalization.
• Lead Agentic AI Strategy: develop autonomous AI systems, multi-agent loops, tool-calling, and RAG pipelines.
• Provide technical leadership and delivery: translate roadmaps into milestones and maintainable code.
• Oversee MarTech integrations: design integrations with analytics, CDPs, and CRMs like Salesforce while preserving performance.
• Mentor engineers and set coding standards across modern full-stack web development and AI patterns.
• Collaborate with Platform/DevOps to maintain CI/CD, containers, and IaC.
