Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Sr. Digital Strategic Operations Manager to drive the marketing transformation.

You’ll build systems and steer change at the intersection of strategy and execution, ensuring the marketing function is fast, fiscally disciplined, AI-ready, and culturally aligned. You will lead AI-driven initiatives, partner with Finance on budgeting, and craft curricula to scale digital literacy across a global marketing team.

Competenze

• 10+ years of senior experience in Marketing, Marketing Operations, Learning & Development, Change Management, or HR partnering in tech.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, ROI analysis, headcount planning, and marketing financial modeling.
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models and modern demand generation at scale.
• Track record leading large transformations with iterative processes.
• Strong relationship-building and influence with senior leaders without direct authority.
• Comfort driving accountability with cross-functional GTM teams and executives.
