Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in professional services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or related field.
• Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary marketing team.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, and executive-level presentation skills.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Translate firmwide objectives into actionable marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Protect and strengthen the firm’s brand and voice across channels.
• Lead and develop a high-performing marketing, communications, and events team.
• Partner with firm leadership to understand markets, clients, and growth priorities.
• Lead annual marketing planning, budgeting, and measures of success.
• Manage budgets, external agencies, and technology providers.
