Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience including client-facing consulting
• Marketing Cloud Engagement solution design including journeys, data extensions, segmentation
• Experience running discovery and owning a design through client sign-off
• Demonstrated, current use of AI tools in discovery and design

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing solution design on Marketing Cloud Engagement and plan for Marketing Cloud Next and Data 360
• Run discovery with marketing stakeholders and own the requirements summary, corrected and approved
• Own the marketing design and decisions including journeys, segmentation, consent and data model
• Ensure end-to-end view of marketing data flows across Salesforce Core, Data 360 and client data platform
• Decide defect vs change request and secure client sign-off before UAT
• Collaborate with technical leads to keep the marketing solution and platform as one
• Prototype in-platform to settle designs before build
