Job summary

You will shadow managers, assist teams, analyze metrics, and prepare reports. The program includes training sessions, mentor check-ins, and a final capstone presentation to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; business, economics, or management is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot, with an understanding of their application to business problems.
• Comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Willingness to rotate across Design, Sales, Production, Marketing, Finance, and Store Operations.

Responsibilities

• Shadow managers and team members during rotations to learn operations across departments.
• Assist teams with day-to-day tasks and contribute to projects.
• Learn key metrics tracked by departments and help prepare reports.
• Use AI tools to analyze data, draft reports, and automate routine tasks.
• Share ideas on AI or process improvements to boost team efficiency.
• Attend all program trainings, workshops, and mentor check-ins.
• Reflect on learnings and present key takeaways at reviews.
• Complete a capstone project and present it to leadership.
