Job summary

NYC Alliance is launching a rotational development program for early-career professionals to gain a broad view of how the business operates. You will rotate through Design, Sales, Production, Marketing, Finance, and Store Operations, mentored by leaders and supported by hands-on projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (business, economics, or management a plus).
• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot) and applying them to business problems.
• Comfort with numbers, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Shadow departments to learn operations through rotations.
• Assist teams with day-to-day tasks and cross-functional projects.
• Analyze key metrics and help prepare reports.
• Use AI tools to draft reports and automate routine tasks.
• Propose AI or process improvements.
• Attend all program trainings and mentor check-ins.
• Present learnings at reviews and complete capstone project.
