SAP is offering a full-time 40-hour-per-week internship in New York (Hudson Yards) for 3 months, focusing on AI Product Management within the Application AI team. The role targets Master's students or recent graduates in CS/Engineering who are eager to build AI-enabled enterprise products.

You will collaborate with engineers and product teams to identify opportunities, design autonomous workflows, and prototype AI-driven solutions using tools like Claude Code and Cursor.

Qualifikationen

• Enrollment or recent graduation from a Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• A strong interest in AI products — agents, ML, and optimization
• Comfort shipping code and building prototypes, ideally with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor
• Strong analytical skills and an ability to map processes across systems to surface gaps
• A customer-oriented mindset — thinking about the business users who depend on what you build
• Familiarity with agent frameworks, guardrails, HITL, or evaluation methods is a plus

Aufgaben

• Support identifying product opportunities through usage data, process mining, and user shadowing
• Contribute to designing autonomous workflows that combine agents, code, and ML
• Help author PRDs and technical specs — covering data sources, APIs, context engineering, and evaluation frameworks
• Build working prototypes to validate specs before full engineering investment
• Work closely with engineers through development, release, and productization
