Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking high-potential graduates for its Full Time Technology Analyst Program in Irving, TX. The cohort will rotate across teams, building scalable software using Java, Python, and web tech while applying Generative AI techniques in real projects.

You will join a cohort of new hires, receive training, and experience cross-functional collaboration across global teams. The program starts in July, with substantial learning and career growth opportunities in a global bank.

Qualifications

• Graduation between Dec 2026 and June 2027.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, MIS or related tech field.
• GPA of 3.0 or better is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work in an agile software development environment to develop quality, scalable software solutions.
• Code in Java, Python, and Web technologies as part of rotational teams.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and post-production support to ensure defect-free software.
