Job summary

HTU in New York offers a paid rotational program designed for recent graduates. Participants rotate through Design, Sales, Production, Marketing, Finance, and Store Operations while applying AI tools to real business problems.

You will shadow managers, assist teams, analyze metrics, and prepare reports. The program includes training sessions, mentor check-ins, and a final capstone presentation to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; business, economics, or management is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot, with an understanding of their application to business problems.
• Comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Willingness to rotate across Design, Sales, Production, Marketing, Finance, and Store Operations.

Responsibilities
