Job summary

Augment is hiring an Implementation Manager to own end-to-end onboarding for customers, while coaching a team of CSRs. You will drive go-lives, optimize workflows for logistics clients, and collaborate with engineering to embed AI-driven automation into their operations.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain software implementations and 3+ years leading customer-facing teams. A hybrid Chicago-based role offers growth and impact in a fast-paced logistics tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain and logistics software implementation, client delivery, and solution architect roles.
• 3+ years leading customer-facing teams, preferably with logistics tech startups.
• Strong knowledge in freight brokerage, logistics, transportation tech or 3PL operations.
• Strong knowledge of TMS systems, 3rd‑party logistics platforms, and workflow automation tools.
• Experience managing large-scale customer integrations and AI-driven automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation initiatives with stakeholders.
• Coach and develop CSRs to drive adoption and satisfaction.
• Oversee go-live and hypercare processes with fast response times.
• Collaborate with engineering and product to resolve escalations.
• Analyze data to improve AI-driven automation and processes.
