Augment is seeking an Implementation Manager in the Chicago area to own end-to-end onboarding for customers and lead a team of CSRs. You will drive go-lives, optimize workflows, and integrate AI-driven automation into freight brokerages, carriers, and 3PLs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain and logistics software implementation.
• 3+ years leading customer-facing teams in logistics tech startups.
• Strong knowledge of freight brokerage, 3PL, and transportation tech.
• Experience managing large-scale customer integrations and AI automation.
• Ability to translate workflow vision into executable tasks.

Responsibilities

• Scope, execute, and coordinate all implementation activities with stakeholders.
• Deliver successful customer go-lives and optimize post-go-live support.
• Mentor and develop CSRs to drive adoption and satisfaction.
• Escalate and resolve issues with cross-functional teams (engineering/product).
• Analyze customer data to improve AI-driven automation and workflows.
• Collaborate with CSL to align execution across teams.
