Job summary

Acclaro is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to drive the evolution of our AI‑powered platform ecosystem. You will blend strategy and execution to advance AI‑accelerated workflows that help global brands scale content intelligently and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SaaS product management experience
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional/military experience
• AI‑first approach to Product Management and using AI to accelerate workflow
• Fluency in engineering topics: architecture, APIs, security, and compliance
• Treat productivity as a product—optimize processes, systems, and workflows
• Experience in distributed, fast-moving environments with ownership and clarity
• Balance user empathy with business strategy for global UX

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an AI‑augmented product operating system using LLMs, agents, and automation
• Own the strategic roadmap for Acclaro’s platforms
• Translate objectives into actionable feature sets and measurable outcomes
• Shape platform scalability and ecosystem growth via API‑first strategies
• Lead research across LLMs, RAG, and emerging AI tech
• Use data and AI analytics to track KPIs and optimize product performance
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Success, and Linguistic Services
