Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead technology-enabled transformation for Life Sciences clients, accelerating plant performance, quality, and supply continuity. You will guide workstreams from assessment through design, implementation, testing, and stabilization in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, supply chain, information systems, business, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of relevant life sciences manufacturing or manufacturing-technology experience.
• Experience leading client-facing manufacturing, digital, data, or technology workstreams through design and deployment.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical/biotech/medical-device environments.
• Ability to translate needs into deliverables and coordinate business and technical contributors.
• Understanding of GxP, data integrity, and validation considerations for digital solutions.
• Willingness to travel 80–100% as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing workstreams in Life Sciences manufacturing transformation with clear ownership of plans and outcomes.
• Assess current-state processes, data flows, and site constraints through workshops and data analysis.
• Translate priorities into functional designs, acceptance criteria, and measurable improvements.
• Develop designs for batch execution, electronic batch records, genealogy, and related capabilities.
• Coordinate integration across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, SCADA, and cloud platforms.
• Define data mappings, master-data needs, and data-quality controls for reporting and AI use cases.
• Support analytics and AI use cases with data readiness and governance assessments.
• Collaborate with quality/validation to reflect GxP and risk-based assurance in deliverables.
• Oversee testing, deployment readiness, training, cutover, and handover for the workstream.
