Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead technology-enabled transformations for Life Sciences clients nationwide. You will drive end-to-end workstreams spanning assessment, design, implementation, testing, and stabilization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements in plant performance, quality, and supply reliability.

The role blends practical manufacturing expertise with digital, data, AI, and delivery skills in regulated environments,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, or related field.
7+ years of Life Sciences manufacturing or related experience.
Experience leading client-facing manufacturing, digital, or technology workstreams.
Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (pharma/biotech/medical devices).
Ability translating needs into process and data deliverables.
Understanding of GxP, data integrity, change control.
Willingness to travel 80-100% as required.

Responsibilities

Lead client-facing workstreams in Life Sciences manufacturing transformation with clear ownership.
Assess current-state production and quality processes through workshops and data analysis.
Translate priorities into process designs, requirements, and measurable improvements.
Develop functional designs for batch execution, electronic batch records, recipe management, genealogy, and connected-worker workflows.
Coordinate integration across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, and OT systems.
Oversee testing, deployment readiness, training, cutover, and handover.
