Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead technology-enabled transformation for Life Sciences manufacturing. You will drive end-to-end workstreams, translating plant-floor needs into actionable requirements and coordinating specialists across MES, ERP, LIMS, and QMS environments.

You will work with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical-device manufacturers to improve production, quality, and reliability while ensuring compliance and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, supply chain, information systems, business, or a related discipline.
• Experience translating manufacturing needs into process, data, and testing deliverables.
• Strong ability to translate operational problems into clear workflows and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with GxP, data integrity, and validation considerations in digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing workstreams in Life Sciences manufacturing transformation with clear ownership of plans and outcomes.
• Assess current-state production and quality processes, data flows, and site constraints through workshops and data analysis.
• Translate priorities into process designs, requirements, acceptance criteria, and measurable improvements.
• Develop functional designs for batch execution, electronic batch records, and related capabilities.
• Coordinate integration requirements across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, and OT systems with specialists.
• Define data mappings and data-quality controls for reporting, analytics, and AI use cases.
