Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead technology-enabled workstreams that improve plant performance, quality, and supply reliability in Life Sciences manufacturing. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, and QMS while ensuring regulatory alignment and validation readiness.

You will translate plant-floor needs into actionable requirements, document workflows, manage risk, and deliver measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing workstreams in Life Sciences manufacturing transformation with clear ownership of plans, deliverables, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
• Assess current-state production and quality processes, user needs, system landscapes, data flows, performance gaps and site constraints.
• Translate priorities like yield, throughput, right-first-time execution into design requirements and measurable improvements.
• Oversee integration across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, histroans, SCADA, DCS/PLC, and cloud/edge platforms with architects and cybersecurity specialists.
