Job summary
EY seeks a Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead technology-enabled transformation for Life Sciences manufacturing. You will drive cross-functional workstreams, translate plant needs into design and data requirements, and oversee MES/ERP/LIMS/QMS integrations with a focus on quality, compliance and value realization.
You will partner with senior leaders, coach juniors, and guide design, testing, adoption and stabilization in regulated environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, supply chain, information systems, business, or related discipline.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in Life Sciences manufacturing or related fields.
- Experience leading client-facing workstreams through design and deployment phases and working in regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing Life Sciences manufacturing transformation workstreams with clear ownership of plans and outcomes.
- Assess current-state processes, data flows, and site constraints to define requirements.
- Translate priorities into process designs, acceptance criteria, and measurable improvements.
- Coordinate integration across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS and QMS with automation and cybersecurity teams.
