Job summary

Litera is seeking a seasoned Project Manager in Professional Services to lead software implementations. The role spans kick-off, go-live, and handover, ensuring on-time delivery and adoption readiness across multiple engagements.

You will coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and clients to align scope, budget, and timelines while proactively mitigating risks. This hybrid role requires in-office presence several days per week.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of project management experience delivering software implementations for external clients.
• Ability to own and run multiple concurrent projects with shared resources.
• Experience managing scope, budget, forecasting, and change control with metrics.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication for governance with executives.
• Proactive risk management with issue framing and resolution.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementations from kick-off to go-live and handover.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across the Litera product suite.
• Maintain project plans, forecasts, and financials with burn and margin tracking.
• Identify risks early and drive them to closure with recommended actions.
• Coordinate across Professional Services, Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success, Sales, and clients.
• Ensure deliverables meet Litera standards and client requirements for adoption.
