Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Manager in the Legal Department to own the annual and quarterly operating plan for AI enablement and assigned innovation programs. This hands‑on leader will translate priorities into structured pilots, learning pathways, change programs, and measurable outcomes across the organization.

The role involves running intake and assessment for AI use cases, leading pilots from design to launch readiness, and building role‑based learning for attorneys and legal professionals,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience owning cross-functional programs from strategy to launch and adoption.
• Experience using data to evaluate outcomes and advise executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage workstreams, milestones, risks, and success metrics within strategy and resource constraints.
• Run intake and assessment for AI and innovation use cases with Director and practice groups.
• Lead pilots and tool launches from discovery through adoption and scale‑readiness.
• Design AI learning paths for attorneys and legal professionals with onboarding and ongoing education.
• Plan quarterly Innovation Demo Days and convert demos into use cases or actions.
• Develop change management and comms plans for AI rollouts, including training and support.
• Maintain library of AI enablement materials, prompts, workflows, and FAQs.
• Coordinate low-code/no-code automations and reusable workflows for programs and use cases.
