Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Learning Strategy Consultant at the manager level to lead day-to-day engagements, manage workstreams, and mentor junior practitioners. You will build strong client relationships, apply hypothesis-driven analysis, and deliver actionable insights that connect learning to business outcomes.

You will design AI-enabled learning operating models, develop executive-ready materials, and contribute to knowledge development while travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of learning strategy, organizational capability development, or talent consulting.
• 2+ years in consulting or professional services with strong project management skills.
• 2+ years leading client engagements and managing project teams or workstreams.
• 2+ years of experience in the Utilities Industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements, managing workstreams and timelines.
• Develop junior practitioners and maintain delivery standards across engagements.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a credible day-to-day partner.
• Apply hypothesis-driven problem solving to decompose learning challenges into actionable insights.
• Advise on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design to position L&D as a strategic enabler.
