Job summary

Accenture seeks a learning strategy consultant (Manager level) to lead day-to-day learning engagements in a dynamic, AI-enabled environment. You will manage workstreams, coach junior staff, and partner with client teams to deliver high-impact learning solutions.

You will shape strategy, operating models, and measurement frameworks, connecting learning to business outcomes and ROI while staying ahead of AI-driven trends in the field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning strategy, organizational capability development, or talent consulting.
• Minimum 2 years in a consulting or professional services environment with strong project management skills.
• Minimum 2 years leading client engagements and managing project teams or workstreams.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Utilities Industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements, managing workstreams, timelines, quality, and team coordination.
• Manage and develop junior practitioners, building capabilities and maintaining delivery standards.
• Build strong relationships with client delivery counterparts as a day-to-day partner.
• Apply hypothesis-driven, structured problem-solving to decompose learning challenges into insights.
• Advise clients on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design.
• Lead learning capability diagnostics and roadmaps to transform capabilities.
• Design AI-enabled learning operating models spanning governance and processes.
• Define measurement frameworks and analytics to demonstrate impact and ROI.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and deliverables for senior audiences.
• Stay at the forefront of AI in learning and contribute to IP and go-to-market capabilities.
