Accenture’s Learning Strategy practice is seeking a Manager-level consultant to lead learning strategy engagements for clients, shaping strategy, operating models, and measurement frameworks. You’ll run delivery, manage junior practitioners, and build credibility with client executives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning strategy, organizational capability development, or talent consulting.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a consulting or professional services environment with strong project management skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading client engagements and managing project teams or workstreams.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Utilities Industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements, managing workstreams, timelines, quality, and team coordination.
• Manage and develop junior practitioners, building capabilities and ensuring delivery standards.
• Build strong relationships with client delivery counterparts as a reliable, day-to-day partner.
• Apply hypothesis-driven, structured problem-solving to decompose learning challenges into insights.
• Advise on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design to enable business performance.
• Lead capability diagnostics and roadmaps, benchmarking against best practices.
• Design AI-enabled learning operating models spanning governance, roles, processes, and tech.
• Define measurement frameworks and analytics to show L&D impact and ROI.
