Job summary

Accenture seeks a learning strategy consultant at the Manager level to lead learning strategy engagements, manage multi-stream delivery, and mentor junior practitioners. You will partner with client delivery teams, apply hypothesis-driven analysis, and shape AI-enabled learning operating models that tie to business outcomes.

You will leverage your expertise in learning strategy to craft executive-ready presentations and drive thought leadership, while tracking AI-driven trends to keep Accenture

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of learning strategy or talent consulting experience.
• 2+ years in a consulting environment with strong PM skills.
• 2+ years leading client engagements and managing teams.
• Experience in the utilities sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements and manage workstreams.
• Develop junior practitioners and maintain delivery standards.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a reliable partner.
• Apply structured problem solving to decompose challenges into insights.
• Advise on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design.
• Design AI-enabled learning operating models and analytics.
• Connect learning strategy to business outcomes with KPIs and ROI.
