Job summary

Accenture is seeking a learning strategy consultant to lead day-to-day delivery of engagements, partner with client teams, and apply structured problem-solving to drive business outcomes. You will design AI-enabled learning operating models and measure impact with robust analytics.

You will contribute to capability development, executive storytelling, and business development while traveling as needed to client sites across the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in learning strategy or talent consulting.
• Minimum 1 year in a consulting environment.
• Minimum 1 year in Insurance industry.
• Fluency with generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
• Strong multi-workstream project management skills.
• Core consulting: structured problem solving, executive storytelling, slide writing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements with teams.
• Build relationships with client delivery counterparts as a trusted partner.
• Apply hypothesis-driven approaches to decompose learning challenges into insights.
• Advise on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design.
• Lead learning capability diagnostics and roadmaps development.
• Design AI-enabled learning operating models spanning governance to tech and vendors.
• Define measurement frameworks and learning KPIs to show ROI.
• Deliver executive-ready presentations and frameworks for senior audiences.
• Support business development with proposals and thought leadership.
• Stay ahead on AI trends and contribute to Accenture IP and GTM capabilities.
