Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning strategy or talent consulting.
• Minimum 2 years in a consulting or professional services environment with strong project management skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading client engagements and managing project teams.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Utilities Industry.
• Advanced degree or certification in adult education, learning science, O.D. or related field.

Responsibilities
