Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning strategy, organizational capability development, or talent consulting
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a consulting or professional services environment
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Insurance Industry
• Demonstrated fluency with generative AI platforms (including ChatGPT, Claude, and Google Gemini) as part of day-to-day work
• Strong project management skills with multiple workstreams and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements, managing workstreams, timelines, quality, and team coordination
• Build strong working relationships with client delivery counterparts across engagements
• Apply hypothesis-driven, structured problem-solving to decompose learning challenges into insights
• Advise clients on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design
• Design AI-enabled learning operating models with automation and analytics
