Accenture is seeking a learning strategy consultant at the manager level to lead and deliver learning strategy engagements, manage multiple workstreams, and coach junior practitioners. You will build trusted relationships with client counterparts, apply rigorous, hypothesis-driven analysis, and advise on learning strategy and operating models to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years in learning strategy or talent consulting.
2+ years in consulting environment with strong project management skills.
2+ years leading client engagements and managing teams.
2+ years experience in Utilities industry.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements and manage workstreams.
Develop junior practitioners and maintain delivery standards.
Build strong relationships with client delivery counterparts as a day-to-day partner.
Apply hypothesis-driven problem solving to decompose complex challenges into insights.
Advise clients on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design.
