Job summary

Accenture is seeking a learning strategy consultant to lead day-to-day delivery of engagements, manage workstreams, and mentor junior practitioners. You will build trusted client relationships and apply rigorous, hypothesis-driven analysis to identify actionable insights that improve learning outcomes.

You will design and advise on learning operating models, embedding AI-powered capabilities and performance support while tracking impact through KPIs and ROI metrics. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning strategy, organizational capability development, or talent consulting.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a consulting or professional services environment with strong project management skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading client engagements and managing project teams or workstreams.
• Experience with HR technology platforms or LMS/LXP strategy and selection is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements, managing workstreams, timelines, quality, and team coordination.
• Manage and develop junior practitioners, building capabilities and maintaining delivery standards.
• Build strong client relationships, acting as a reliable day-to-day partner throughout engagements.
• Apply hypothesis-driven, structured problem-solving to decompose challenges into actionable insights.
• Advise on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design to reposition L&D as a strategic enabler.
