Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Learning Strategy Consultant to lead day-to-day engagements, manage workstreams, and deliver high-quality client outcomes. You will apply hypothesis-driven analysis, craft narratives for senior stakeholders, and advance AI-enabled learning operating models across governance, processes, and tech ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning strategy, organizational capability development, or talent consulting.
• Minimum of 1 year in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Minimum of 1 year in the Insurance Industry.
• Fluency with generative AI platforms and real examples of applying AI tools to deliverables.
• Strong project management skills across multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Core consulting skills: structured problem solving and executive storytelling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements and manage workstreams.
• Build strong relationships with client delivery counterparts as the day-to-day partner.
• Apply hypothesis-driven, structured problem-solving to learning challenges.
• Advise on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design.
• Develop prioritized transformation roadmaps and learning capability diagnostics.
• Design AI-enabled learning operating models spanning governance and processes.
• Define measurement frameworks, KPIs, and analytics for impact.
• Shape and deliver agentic learning strategies with AI-powered enablement tools.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and deliverables for senior audiences.
• Stay at the forefront of AI in learning and contribute to Accenture’s IP.
