Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Learning Strategy Consultant to drive day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements and build trusted client relationships. You will apply structured problem solving and data-driven insights to reposition L&D as a strategic business enabler and to design AI-enabled operating models.

You will guide diagnostics, roadmaps, and measurement frameworks, while traveling as needed to serve clients across the Insurance sector and professional services environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning strategy, organizational capability development, or talent consulting.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Insurance Industry.
• Demonstrated fluency with generative AI platforms (including ChatGPT, Claude, and Google Gemini).
• Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Core consulting skills: structured problem solving, hypothesis-driven analysis, executive storytelling, and high-quality slide and document writing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with clients at the delivery and program level.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements, managing workstreams, timelines, quality, and team coordination.
• Build strong relationships with client delivery counterparts as a reliable day-to-day partner.
• Apply hypothesis-driven, structured problem-solving to decompose learning challenges into insights.
• Advise on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design for business performance.
• Work on learning capability diagnostics and needs assessments to identify gaps and roadmaps.
• Design AI-enabled learning operating models spanning governance, roles, processes, and tech.
• Define KPIs and analytics approaches to demonstrate ROI of L&D initiatives.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and frameworks for senior audiences.
• Track AI adoption trends to contribute to Accenture’s IP and advisory capabilities.
