2 Hour Learning is seeking an Academic Architect and public advocate to lead execution of the academic strategy across multiple schools, diagnose performance gaps, and build high‑performing teams that deliver tangible student outcomes.

You will transform scientific principles into operational excellence, set rigorous standards, and serve as the authoritative voice for a movement built on evidence‑based learning science on the global stage.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Learning Science or related field, or an externally recognized record of applying learning science to improve education at scale.
• 7+ years in academic or EdTech leadership with staff hiring, performance coaching, and termination decisions.
• Experience applying AI or emerging tech to improve education and personalize learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop academic frameworks bridging learning science with curriculum design and guided application features.
• Conduct execution reviews with Heads of Academics to ensure alignment and outcomes across schools.
• Analyze data, conduct interviews and observations to identify obstacles to accelerated learning and plan interventions.
• Ensure strategic coherence through planning and milestone tracking to maintain focus on student outcomes.
• Represent 2 Hour Learning publicly in forums and with Ministries of Education to advance the movement.
