The Bonadio Group is seeking a Learning Experience Developer to join Bonadio University, collaborating with learning designers and SMEs to deliver engaging self-study and vILT aligned with objectives. You will transform approved designs into accessible, accurate learning experiences while leveraging AI to scale and enhance content.

Applicants bring strong eLearning, motion graphics, visual design, and digital media skills, with a portfolio demonstrating Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360,

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, learning and development, multimedia development or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least two years developing multimodal training materials for adult learners.
• Advanced development skills in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360 with custom interactions.
• Strong design capabilities using Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and applying them to course development.
• Polished portfolio showing current eLearning and digital media standards, including AI-generated elements disclosure.

Responsabilidades

• Develop interactive self-study eLearning and vILT from approved designs, ensuring engagement and alignment with objectives.
• Create supporting materials (slides, guides, job aids, surveys, knowledge checks) per design specs.
• Collaborate with directors and content builders to apply branding and polish to training materials.
• Create custom multimedia interactions for scalable, reusable learning solutions.
• Publish SCORM/xAPI content in the LMS and maintain platform compatibility.
• Coordinate with SMEs across lines to gather content and manage review cycles.
• Manage multiple development projects, track timelines, and ensure timely delivery.
