Job summary

The Bonadio Group is seeking a Learning Experience Developer to join its Bonadio University team in Rochester, NY. You will transform approved designs into engaging self-study and vILT content, applying branding and accessibility standards.

You will use AI responsibly to accelerate script, assessment and graphic creation, while ensuring NASBA/CPE compliance and high instructional quality across scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, learning and development, multimedia development or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Two years of experience developing multimodal training materials for adult learners.
• Advanced development skills in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360, including custom interactions.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and strong digital media/visual design capability.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and ability to apply to course development.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive self-study eLearning, vILT and other modalities from approved designs and content.
• Create supporting materials: slide decks, facilitator guides, participant guides, job aids, surveys and assessments.
• Collaborate with designers and SMEs to apply branding and deliver polished final products.
• Create custom multimedia interactions to elevate learner experience.
• Publish SCORM packages and test content in the LMS.
