Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• 5+ years of learning design, learning science, instructional design, educational psychology, or similar field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience using business metrics and training data to track, trend, and manage the impact of training efforts.
• Experience effectively communicating complex concepts through written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in storyboarding, creating detailed learning blueprints, and eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) including content upload, settings, testing, and maintenance.
• Demonstrated adult learning principles, ID models (ADDIE, SAM, Kirkpatrick) and linking appropriate methods with learner outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with program managers, SMEs, and stakeholders to identify training needs and develop comprehensive learning strategies.
• Conduct needs analysis, stakeholder interviews, and create detailed storyboards to map out engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Design and develop course content across modalities including eLearning, VILT, ILT, and blended learning.
• Create measurable learning objectives, scenarios, simulations, audio scripts, progress checks, performance evaluations, and knowledge assessments.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance content creation, personalization, and learner engagement.
• Apply instructional design models to rapidly design, develop, and publish engaging content with continuous evaluation.
• Manage multiple curricula development projects simultaneously using robust project management practices.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using data-driven approaches and analytics.
• Adapt instructional materials for different formats and delivery platforms, leveraging AI to streamline conversion processes.
• Establish and maintain quality standards for all learning content produced.
• Upload, test, and maintain content within the learning management system (Docebo or Amazon Learn).
• Coach and mentor less experienced staff on instructional design techniques, storyboarding, and development best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of instructional design process, templates, and tools.
