Qualifications

• Bachelors HR management required.
• 4-6 years designing enterprise learning solutions.
• 1-3 years applying AI tools to learning design preferred.
• Knowledge of modern LxD and AI-enabled approaches.
• Strong data analytics for learning measurement and impact.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design immersive, AI-enabled, learner-centered experiences that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Serve as internal consultant and coach instructional designers in modern learning design methodologies and AI-enabled development.
• Define success metrics and continuously improve experiences through analytics and experimentation.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies for responsible use in learning design.
• Partner with business stakeholders to deliver experiential learning opportunities.
