• Portfolio showing learning solutions and learner engagement outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end learning experiences using adult learning principles.
• Create web-based training, eLearning modules, ILT, and job aids.
• Translate complex content into engaging learning experiences.
• Develop measurable objectives and evaluation strategies linked to business outcomes.
• Apply user-centered design to improve engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with SMEs to confirm needs and outcomes.
