Bayer is seeking an Learning Experience & AI Enablement Manager to design and deliver innovative learning experiences for US Pharmaceuticals. You will apply instructional design, develop digital modules, videos, assessments, and blended learning while enabling responsible AI adoption across L&D.

The role partners with L&D leaders, business stakeholders, and vendors to scale learning solutions, measure impact, and continuously improve the learning ecosystem using analytics and best practices.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 8+ years pharma experience or a master’s degree.
• 10+ years in healthcare or training organizations.
• 2+ years applying generative AI in learning design and content development.
• Experience with Articulate 360, Synthesia, Vyond, Adobe Suite, MS 365.

Responsibilities

• Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to determine needs.
• Design and deliver digital learning solutions including eLearning, videos, assessments.
• Partner with L&D leaders and stakeholders to define requirements and manage delivery.
• Use generative AI to enhance learning design and automation.
• Lead AI adoption projects with governance and cross-functional collaboration.
