Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Learning Experience & AI Enablement Manager in the US Pharmaceuticals division, Edison, NJ. You will blend instructional design, digital learning, and AI to create scalable, measurable solutions. Lead cross-functional teams, evaluate learning impact, and drive responsible AI adoption across learning programs.

The candidate brings deep experience in eLearning development, AI tools, and project leadership, with a focus on improving learner outcomes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and/or 8 years’ corporate pharmaceutical experience or master’s degree.
• 10+ years in Healthcare or training organizations.
• 10+ years developing eLearning using Articulate 360, Synthesia, Vyond, Adobe Suite, MS 365.

Responsibilities

• Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to translate needs into learning strategies and digital experiences.
• Design, storyboard, develop, test, and deliver high-quality digital learning solutions.
• Lead collaboration with L&D leaders and stakeholders to define requirements and manage delivery.
