Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of instructional design experience in corporate, healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or regulated environment.
• Experience designing eLearning/WBT, ILT, VILT, and OJT, plus learning assessments and performance support tools.
• Proficient with eLearning authoring and multimedia development tools.
• Portfolio demonstrating learning solutions developed and learner engagement outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end learning experiences using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Create web-based training, eLearning modules, ILT, VILT, OJT, and job aids.
• Translate complex content into engaging, easy-to-understand learning experiences.
• Develop measurable learning objectives and evaluation strategies supporting business outcomes.
• Apply user-centered design to improve learner engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with SMEs and business partners to confirm learning needs and outcomes.
