Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Communication, Adult Education or related field.
• 4+ years of experience designing and developing corporate learning solutions across digital and instructor-led formats.
• Proficiency with authoring and collaboration tools, including Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise), Vyond, and Google Workspace.
• Portfolio submission of analysis/design artifacts, multimedia assets, and finished learning products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the learning experience design process using collaborative sessions and sprints within an agile ADDIE framework.
• Create and review facilitator decks, activities/workbooks, scripts, storyboards, and related materials.
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., Gemini, OpenAI) and Creative Suite to accelerate workflows and personalize learning experiences.
• Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, and Global People teams to assess learning needs and ensure quality standards.
• Conduct discovery and action-mapping to identify needed behaviors and close skill gaps.
• Own project timelines, revision cycles, and delivery of learning solutions from kickoff to launch.
