Job summary

Sidley Austin LLP is seeking a Digital Learning AI Enablement Lead to design, build, and maintain AI-assisted workflows that enhance learning development, delivery, and measurement across the Firm.

The role requires 5+ years in learning & development and hands-on experience with AI workflow design, generative AI tools, and data analysis, with strong instructional design and Excel skills. Hybrid work arrangement in the US is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in learning and development or related field.
• 1+ year designing and maintaining AI-assisted workflows.
• Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning.
• Experience with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and workflow development.
• Strong Excel and Office skills.
• Strong written communication for end-user documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain AI-assisted workflows and automations for learning programs.
• Partner with Digital Learning to identify AI-enabled process improvements and refine workflows.
• Review AI-generated content for instructional soundness and alignment with standards.
• Apply adult learning principles to AI solutions and maintain content templates.
• Document AI workflows with inputs, processes, outputs, and limitations.
• Maintain library of AI tools and monitor usage and effectiveness.
