• Develop role-specific content across instructor-led, virtual, blended, e-learning, and video formats.

Responsibilities

• Plan and analyze learning needs and materials.
• Gather SME input to develop instructional materials.
• Design accessible learning solutions using ADDIE and adult learning principles.
• Develop content across instructor-led, virtual, blended, e-learning, on-the-job, discussion-based, simulation, role-play, game-based, and video formats.
• Evaluate learning programs via assessments, surveys, and feedback.
• Manage LMS, SharePoint, and other platforms to keep content current and accessible.
• Leverage AI to enhance learning content and improve development efficiency while promoting responsible AI use.
• Support LMS administration, reporting, and system maintenance.
