Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Instructional Designer to create engaging learning experiences across multiple modalities. You will design and develop eLearning, instructor-led, and blended programs while collaborating with SMEs and senior managers to analyze performance needs.

We value experience with agile learning, strong project management, and the use of AI-enabled tools to optimize learning outcomes. The role focuses on learner-centered design and continuous improvement across programs.

Qualifications

• Experience with all phases of the course creation lifecycle (analysis, design, development).
• Experience with Agile Learning Development or SAM environments.
• Self-driven, collaborative, resourceful, and strong project management skills.
• Ability to communicate across levels, in person and virtually.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning solutions (eLearning, ILT, distance learning, blended).
• Collaborate with Learning Strategy Senior Managers and SMEs during analysis and throughout projects.
• Work with standard development tools and software (Articulate Storyline/Rise, PowerPoint).
• Communicate with project team members and manage projects effectively.
• Develop innovative ways to enhance learner engagement and outcomes.
