Qualifications

• Proven track record designing, implementing and scaling AI-enabled productivity tools and digital workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level materials.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Own governance frameworks and leadership operating rhythms to optimize speed and accountability.
• Prepare executive briefings, presentations and leadership communications for informed decision-making.
• Coordinate leadership meetings and drive follow-through across stakeholders.
• Orchestrate AI-enabled workflows and evaluate productivity tools.
• Support planning and execution of leadership events, offsites and forums.
