Job summary

Referment is recruiting a learning and development specialist to partner with global stakeholders in designing, delivering, and evaluating tailored development programmes. The role blends AI-enabled learning design, facilitation, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive professional effectiveness, leadership readiness, and onboarding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and significant professional experience in internal corporate learning and development, ideally within a global financial or matrixed organisation.
• Proven practical experience as a generative AI practitioner, with a track record of integrating AI into learning strategies and readiness content.
• Strong background in organisational L&D, designing and delivering leadership development, manager development, and professional effectiveness programmes.
• Recent experience as an internal corporate practitioner.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar subjects quickly and communicate them clearly.
• Excellent organisation, judgement, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate customised learning programmes with content leads and stakeholders.
• Act as a daily practitioner of generative AI, applying AI across learning design, content, delivery, and workflows.
• Collaborate with SMEs to create workshops, tutorials, simulations, coaching, guides, and other formats.
• Facilitate sessions in leadership and professional effectiveness areas.
• Coordinate stakeholders and dependencies across multiple concurrent programmes.
