Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Analytic Solutions Manager to lead the knowledge management strategy across Consumer & Community Banking, partnering with senior leaders to publish machine-readable knowledge for AI agents and drive roadmaps across lines of business.

You will guide product analysts, data scientists, and engineers to build impactful data-driven products, while managing change and ensuring regulatory compliance across initiatives in a large financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; 7+ years product management in cross-functional settings.
• 4+ years leading knowledge management, search, or data science products with measurable impact.
• Strong product lifecycle knowledge and experience building AI-powered systems.
• Expertise in knowledge management standards, taxonomy, metadata, and AI-ready formats.
• Hands-on experience with unstructured content at scale and knowledge of RAG architectures and embeddings.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the knowledge management strategy; own backlog and multi-year roadmaps.
• Lead outreach across lines of business with playbooks and enablement programs.
• Set strategy for structuring content into machine-readable formats for AI agents.
• Identify opportunities where automation creates business value and scale pilots.
• Guide analysts, data scientists, and engineers to ship impactful products with measurable outcomes.
• Lead market research and stakeholder engagement to align roadmaps with customer needs.
• Oversee change management ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory requirements.
