Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Analytic Solutions Manager to partner with CCB leaders and shape how the firm documents and publishes knowledge in a machine-readable form for AI agents.

You will set strategy, build roadmaps, and lead outreach across lines of business to uplift unstructured data publishing, guiding analysts, data scientists, and engineers to deliver AI-ready knowledge products while meeting risk and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years leading knowledge management, search, or data science products with measurable impact.
• Strong product development lifecycle experience and value measurement, with AI readiness.
• Expertise in knowledge management strategy—taxonomy, metadata, lifecycle workflows, AI-ready formats.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver knowledge strategy; own backlog and roadmaps.
• Build outreach models and enablement programs for adoption at scale.
• Set strategy to make content machine-readable with metadata/taxonomy.
• Identify high-impact areas for automated workflows; pilot and scale.
• Guide analysts, data scientists, and engineers to ship measurable improvements.
• Lead discovery and market research to feed the roadmap.
• Engage stakeholders to gather feedback and validate features.
• Ensure risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory adherence; manage timelines and resources.
