Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an Analytics Solutions Manager in the Unstructured Data and Knowledge Team to lead knowledge management strategy and drive machine-readable, AI-ready knowledge assets across Chase Consumer & Community Banking.

You will partner with senior leaders to design roadmaps, establish standards, and scale adoption across lines of business. You will guide analysts, data scientists, and engineers to deliver measurable improvements in self-service, search quality, and agent-assisted

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management ownership in complex, cross-functional environments.
• 2+ years leading knowledge management, search, or data science products with measurable impact.
• Strong knowledge of product development lifecycle and value measurement; hands-on with AI-powered systems and RAG approaches.
• Fluent in AI productivity tools; skilled in connectors, context curation for AI enablement.
• Expertise in knowledge content strategy: taxonomy, metadata, lifecycle workflows, AI-ready formats.
• Familiarity with enterprise knowledge platforms, search/retrieval, and analytics for relevance and answer quality evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of generative AI and ability to drive change in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders to define and deliver knowledge management strategy; prioritize backlog and build multi-year roadmaps.
• Build structured outreach across lines of business to drive adoption of common standards and shared knowledge approach.
• Set strategy for uplifting content into machine-readable formats so knowledgebases are ready for search, conversational, and AI consumption.
• Identify high-impact areas for tool use and automated workflows; pilot and scale winners across the knowledge domain.
• Guide product analysts, data scientists, owners, and engineers to build impactful products with measurable outcomes.
• Lead discovery and market research to uncover solutions and gather feedback; validate features with stakeholders.
• Manage change across partners and ensure adherence to risk, controls, and regulatory requirements; coordinate timelines.
